In the navy
Come on, disgrace the mother land
In the navy
Come on and kill your fellow man

The United States Navy is not covering itself with glory in dealing with the coup.

What with all the obeying illegal orders to murder civilians and such.

The last time I checked, the estimated count of illegal murders committed by the U.S. Southern Command, commanded by Admiral Alvin Holsey, had reached 27.

Which we know about largely because the regime has been bragging about it on social media.

Yes, the Navy is destroying civilian vessels in international waters during peacetime to make political advertisements for the President.

Which is, to be clear, a crime.

In fact, it’s lots of crimes.

Issuing illegal orders; following illegal orders.

Destruction of property; assault with a deadly weapon.

Murder.

Violating the infamous Hatch Act, even.

None of which is excused by the claims that all the victims were dastardly drug smugglers.

Because the whole point of the 4th Amendment being that the State is required to prove any claim against a defendant before interfering with anyone:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

Even if those claims are true, which there’s no evidence that they are.

What with the murder weapons being missiles, which do tend to leave a messy crime scene.

So when you go out on Saturday to the latest “No Kings” street fair, remember this: the United States military is publicly murdering people on Trump’s orders and we know about this mostly because of all the bragging about it from Trump and Miller.

Sure, the victims are not citizens and this is far away, outside any national borders.

But do you really, really believe that they wouldn’t do it here too?
